Perpetual Plaques

When you order a perpetual plaque, we create a proposed header from the text and optional logo that you provide and email it to you for review. If you would like to make changes, just let us know and we will work with you until the header meets your complete satisfaction. We when ship your multi-plate perpetual plaque.You can pre-order the individual plates when you order the plaque, or order the plates separately. When ordering a plate, just let us know the name of the person to be recognized and we will send you an engraved plate to replace one of the blank plates on the perpetual plaque. Plate replacement is with two screws and only takes a couple of minutes. If you want, we will even remind you to order plates.
